Lol Bear got to Tuscaloosa in 58... and we've played you every season since 64. I'm shocked somebody from Mississippi would struggle with history of the late 50's leading up to civil rights in 64.

Meh, Ole miss was due. Even after that game I never for a second thought Ole Miss was a title contender. Just had a South Carolina Stephen Garcia, Alshon Jeffreys day where passes were perfect, blocks were perfect, etc. Knew we wouldnt see Ole Miss play that way again though.

I remember that game. That was the game that got all of the little rebel bear hopes up, thinking they would actually win a championship or something meaningful for once. Poor bastards went on to lose like 5 games that year and get blown out in their bowl game by 40 points.

That wasn't a blow out, that was an anal rape on par with the one in American History X and even though it was non consensual at first, Ole Piss actually began to like it...

You got lucky. We were just one more gift -blown facemask call - fumble away from winning that game.

Bo was definitely on that night.

But I have to say that timing pattern long TD pass he threw against LSU (which was called back some because the receiver stepped out of bounds) was an absolutely sick pass.....

They won the game bro... We can "coulda, woulda, shoulda" all day long but the fact is that the better team, that day, won the game... Ole Miss has a talented roster(some of the best players that money can buy) and they were the better team that day... With that said, in true Ole Piss fashion, their true colors came though when they played TCU, they got massacred and totally embarrased the SEC...

As Denny Green once said about Ole Piss, "The are who we thought they were!!"
