Why is it embarrassing to have a speech problem?

Love Bo Jackson but the '86 Cotton Bowl is obligatory... mainly because it's the first football game I attended where I was actually old enough to know what was going on.

Still, Bo was the man.

Cept he didn't know Didley (old reference)

I didn't really like was his comment he made about black QB's in the SEC not getting fair chances

I have no respect for people who play the race card.

He is the best athlete I have ever seen in my life

Saw him play quite a bit of football, significantly less baseball, but enough to see that he was a special BB player. For those of you who saw him play alot of BB, if he had just played Major League ball, how good could he have been?

Think Frank Thomas mixed with Rickey Henderson

I've always found it so damn awesome how Aggies have been so proud of holding Bo to 130 yards rushing and 80 yards receiving.

he always started out very hot at the start of the season ... avg would be well above .300, then he'd cool down considerably while still displaying rare talent here or there ... but his hot starts lasted a little longer each year ... you're talking about a guy who could steal 50 bases every year without effort, patrol center field with ease, and bash 40 homers a year ... he'd would've worked on his contact and avg ... hell, all he had to do was make contact and his speed gave him a shot to outrun it ...

As I mentioned, it's obligatory as an Aggie. Bo was amazing that game and is one of the better football memories from my youth.
