Vegas has rankings?

They have odds on the national championship. In which we are ranked 12th at 25/1, tied with Oklahoma.

Which book?

I see LSU is listed at 25/1 which to my mind means that they think LSU is a better play on the National Championship. That doesn't really tell us, necessarily, who is the favorite in that specific game, though.

I see State anywhere from 25/1 to 35/1. In all sites that post futures, LSU is in the tier above them. Just want to be sure I'm looking at the right things.

Bovada for one, there were several I saw posted a few weeks back. LSU is higher in that poll, but I see it being a -1 or -2 line in Starkville.

Not saying we will be favored, but it wouldn't be out of the question. We certainly don't traditionally benefit from early rankings though.

Bovada, according to their website (and their history which is releasing futures to coincide with the start of spring football), hasn't released futures yet for this season. I don't read sbnation (or follow those links) for a host of reasons, but maybe they released it to them early?

What a huge game both in terms of the SEC West race but also the mindset of both programs (especially LSU).

Another Bama poster from this weekend listed all of the interesting games in the 2015 SEC Schedule and none of them included any school from the state of Mississippi... therefore this game cannot be a big game!

If you're talking about in the SEC, then yeah.
If you're talking about in general, I think it would be Oregon @ Michigan State

BH will come out guns blazing and make Wak Dak wish he had moved on after the beat down. It was a 5 point loss last year at LSUs worst on offense and MS basically stacked with senior leadership. Gonna be ugly IMO 45-14 Tigers.

IDk how this matters in any way??? SEC better hope BH doesn't progress or live up to his ability bc if he does yall all in for a beat down of epic proportions. GT LSU D will look much diff than when ole Dak came to town LY. If BH progresses any from LY lsu wins easily. I just have a feeling either he will be ready or Cam will have home ready especially for this game. He can perfect 30 pass plays a game and that's all we need!!! Cam will not let BH go to waste or let LSU have another season line we did bank it. LSU is going to be very very good next year you can believe it or not.
