I guess when you come from a conference in which your 3-4 biggest games are all OOC I guess thats just what you have to do.
we are playing bama in 2014 with the big12 slate maybe you guys can try to play someone good from the B1G or something

the school is 70% women
only reason we are playing them is a guaranteed 2mil pay day in DC or we would have kept the fsu game

Why? An SEC team is playing the big new name in the Big12 in 2014, why do we have to also play with the B1G? Who in your new conf is playing them?

WVU but we are 14 on the all time wins list
You've got a whopping 17 wins on us after the worst 10-year stretch of A&M football since the 70's. If only we played in the Big Least these last 10 years, who knows how many wins we'd have...

you do realize they played every year along with Penn State during its dominate era
before we joined the big east we played our future conference members already as an independent but one of our natty games was while a member of the BE
Like I said. For the first time in school history, WVU will be playing in a real conference.

If we want to use conference champs as the basis for a playoff then that's fine but it shouldn't be limited to just those four conferences when some years another conference rep will be better than some or all of those champs.
maybe every team not SEC, BIG XII, PAC, B1G doesn't need to be D1, hmmmmm?

Other than OU, the Big12-2 is a joke. WVU will be able to put up inflated win totals there as well but will get embarrassed in their bowl games against teams from legit conferences.
Kind of sad that WVU is going to the wrong conference at the wrong time.

BGSU - 23,724
Ohio - 24,000
Miami(OH) - 24,286
Kent State - 25,000
Northern Illinois - 25,500
Toledo - 26,248
Buffalo - 29,013

Central Michigan - 30,199
Eastern Michigan - 30,200

New Mexico State - 30,343
UL Monroe - 30,427
San Jose State - 30,456
Louisiana Tech - 30,600
North Texas - 30,850
Arkansas State - 30,964
Middle Tennessee - 31,000
Wake Forest - 31,500

1 win where you weren't supposed to win. The Oklahoma and Clemson teams you beat were HORRIBLY overrated and it reflected in the scores.

Seems to me the Big 12 is already better than in 2011 and will most likely only get stronger.
Looks like the ACC may be history soon.

Clemson will almost certainly pair with Florida State as team 11 and 12 for the Big 12. Clemson has had talks with the Big 12 over a similar amount of time and when compared to FSU, Clemson and its leadership have done a much better job in navigating the challenges that are associated with a move as monumental as leaving a conference of which you are a charter member.
Georgia Tech is also talking with the Big 12. I stress that Georgia Tech is only having conversations. They are by no means in the same place that Clemson and FSU are regarding exiting the ACC. But the fact that Georgia Tech is even engaging in conversations is significant as they were unwilling to entertain any idea as recently as three weeks ago.

Lobotomy sounds like he's hoping more than thinking... Perhaps to justify the aggies move to a conference they'll never get close to winning in football.
Big 12 is movin on up. Fact.
