Sure sure...fire coaches...that's the way to turn things around....just ask UT about their tailspin. Be very careful what you wish for.

Or just ask the 2006 and 2008 Gators if firing Zook was a good idea...well, I'll be damned.

I think Sumlin is a winner. I just don't see him leaving for another college job. He has too much where he is. NFL, maybe. But not college, not now.

Lol. Bro, you have no idea what you're talking about. It took them 3 seasons of 4-5 losses to fire zook. Boom's seat isn't even remotely warm at UF. Injuries killed their season. Period.

It took 2.5 seasons to make the change, UF started the trend of firing coaches midseason.

And while I don't expect Muschamp to be let go right now, his seat is definitely warm bordering on hot. A loss Saturday to Vandy and anything could happen.

BB will jump ship for Iowa at the first opportunity, he's in way over his head and that's his dream job.

You're hoping.
By the way, enjoy your relative success for now. Spurrier will hang it up very soon and y'all will be right back down where you're comfortable being.

Zook has a better record than Muschamp right now. I think everyone can see that our record last year was not indicative of how we really were.

We have three seasons of a 100+ ranked offense. Florida fans definitely are probably more critical of a poor offense given that so many became fans under Sp or Meyer's high octane offenses. The only constant is Muschamp.

If Muschamp doesn't make a bowl, I think he is gone. If he goes 6-6, but also gets blown out by FSU, I think he is gone too. We'll see.

Actually I hope he stays at Arkansas, he's tremendously overrated.

He's a horrible on the field coach, he rode Alvarez's cottails, depended entirely on his coordinators and never won a single big bowl game save for the '06 Arkansas game he won with Barry's players...hell he only won three big regular season games ('10 OSU, '11 MSU by a fluke and '12 NU in a CG he shouldn't have been in). The guy is a sham and will wreck your program so I pray he has some longevity.

My support for Bielema at Arky aside, I think his record speaks otherwise:

Thanks, oh and I forgot to respond to the "You'll suck when Spurrier retires" jab.

Nah, we're going to show Arkansas how you steal a good B1G coach. #Dantonio4USC

Mullen will win seven or eight games next season and will be given a five-year extension.

If Muschamp is lucky enough to make it into next season, he's a dead man walking.

Bielema is already a dead man walking. Who would want a coach who, at any moment, could very well suffer a massive heart attack?

State law limits to 4 years. He will get a rolling 4 year contract in the 7 or 8 game winning scenario next year
