According to the r/cfb thread it was holding on to Tedford for too long, Dykes not meeting expectations, their hefty amount of debt upgrading the stadium, their fall on APR scores, her apparently sacrificing big sports performance for sports that don't bring in money and her trying to cut the rugby and baseball teams.
