Bielema is perhaps the worst coach to ever have coached in this league, trying to change rules so you can compete in a league that is out of yours. This guy just opens his mouth and stupid comes out yet Razorback fans continue to defend this idiot. Like it or not Houston Nutt Danny ford and bobby Petrino were and are better coaches and none of them had this kind of support. Utter and complete crap, maybe it is agenda pushing

he's being extremely disingenuous in his argument.

This has most likely been discussed 100 times but when a team is down a score with 5 min left and have no timeouts does the rule change?

Only if Bert says so. He doesn't want to have to stock dark pink body bags with As on them and ridiculous pig shapes.

what exactly is your point of posting that gif?

you just proved that the injured sickle cell afflicted athlete could just fall down and stop play if he was actually injured and had to come out. this directly contradicts what your coach said and what you've been defending him for saying.

Did I defend him for saying anything? I just interpreted the comment for you because you didn't understand it. It doesn't bother me one way or the other if it passes. It's not like the rule would ruin some decades old tradition. The 40 second clock has only been around since 2008. College football isn't going to fall apart if it passes and it isn't going to fall apart if it doesn't.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this yet. Are HUNH teams the only ones that go on "training runs"? No? Then what the hell is Bielema talking about?

Bielema, speaking to the media before a meeting of the White County Razorback Club on Thursday night, reiterated his stance that the proposal is safety-based — saying he wants to be proactive and make a change before presented with a player's "death certificate."

Ok that's incredibly dumb

Settle down, Francis.

That gif is precisely what I had in mind but I was too lazy to post it.

sorry I don't support pointless rules just because "the game won't fall apart with them"

if it won't affect the game, why put it in at all?

Bert is the biggest fricking douche in football, at any level. What do you do if a player is struggling? Tell him to sit his arse on the turf.

I have...multiple times.

Arkansas fans then proceed to deflect and blame the HUNH offense in some way.
