They are actually wanting to resign him or did you quit watching football after your epic collapse in the title game?

1,462 yards, in three years, should be worth a bundle.

47.4 yards a game is his career high? Get the frack out of here.

Ingram had more 10 more career rushing TDs as well as many more rushing yards. Also, Ingram had 60 rec for 4 Tds as opposed to Mason's 19 for 1 TD
So, you discount Mason's 2013 rushing numbers because he had more carries than Ingram in '09 - but Ingram is superior because he had more carries (and passes thrown to him) over his career?

And Mason had many more yards and TDs as a kick returner than Ingram. Mason = complete all-around player.

Yeah, ask Saints fans about what a tremendous back Ingram is. It must be the "system" he is in, huh?

Ouch! LINK

Yeah because Payton's running back by committee is the exact type of offense a RB will excel in.

That doesn't explain why they want to resign him. Again, you think that you know more than the experts.

Auburn "collapsed"?

Being a double digit favorite, losing, and then getting blown out by BGB is the definition of "collapse". Look it up in the dictionary. There will probably even be pictures for you.

(the dictionary is that there book with all of them there words in it. It's under one of the legs of your dining room table. You know, so your table won't wobble)

That is the same organization that traded their entire draft for Ricky Williams. Remember that? I'll bet you money that his rookie contract will be bigger than his next contract.

No.. I am pretty sure anyone would consider having a 21-3 lead with a few minutes left until halftime in the biggest game of the year and losing it, would be considered not just any collapse but "The Collapse". Largest collapse in BCS history. Really cant get around that.

Yep, that sucked. One thing going for Auburn, we don't have Lane Kiffin as our OC. Another thing we have going for us, we are defending SEC Champions. bama finished second in the West, to a team that went 3-9 and 0-8 just a season ago? Ouch!

Now you denigrate an entire NFL organization! You fricking guys luck out in a couple of ball games and your fans suddenly become football geniuses!

And if the pattern holds true, you have another rough year ahead of you.

Nope, just smart enough to know that a guy who has averaged less than 500 yards a year, as a pro, isn't going to "get paid". It doesn't take intelligence to figure that out. It takes a little common sense. I am sure the Saints want to re-sign some of their practice squad guys. That doesn't mean they are going to pay them good money.

"The collapse" has angered you. I guess you guys aren't all just happy to be there. This past season was basically a moral season instead of just one moral victory.

Mason is a relative unknown. Mason is more explosive.

Ingram is solid and steady but his ceiling is known. Seems like Ingram is improving, and is pretty good at breaking tackles, but he doesn't pose as much of a big play threat.

I'd take Mason, but it depends on your system and what you are asking of your RBs.

Alabama didn't make it close to a 3peat. Auburn however had the bcs title game in its hands and Munsoned it.
