LSU beat em both head to head, leads in virtually every appreciable category and has 20 wins more than Auburn and 12 more wins than Florida.
Total Wins since 2000.

Again, as I posted earlier, the only people that will argue that LSU has had a better program overall since 2000 will be LSU fans.
On a SEC rival message board, sure. Any jackass outside of SEC fandom with the ability to math would look at the numbers and say LSU

The Eastern Division was much tougher than the East until about 2009, and it wasn't even close. You guys were beating up on Mike Shula, Ed Orgeron, Houston Nutt, Sylvester Croom, etc.
I assume you meant to say the East was toughest than the West, but why are you giving Florida credit for playing in a tougher division than LSU until 2009 without giving LSU for playing in the West 2010-2017?

Obviously LSU. BTW it's AU not UA

All three have been strong in that time period...

Because what has LSU done from 2010-2017? Won their division exactly once in 8 seasons, and lost to a division rival in the national championship.

Serious question, did Mike the Tiger frick your mom?

Tuscaloosa took the Clemson loss very, very hard. Since Alabama has six years and counting of scoreboard over LSU, he works his grief and anger over the Clemson loss out by obsessively diminishing LSU on threads that have nothing whatsoever to do with Alabama. It's psychology , bro. He's coping. Or trying to cope.
Here he is in his white shirt coping on the sideline of the Clemson game:

2000-2016
LSU-UFla LSU has the lead 9-8 in head-to-head.
LSU-AU LSU has the lead 11-6.
LSU has more SEC titles than either AU or UF.

I guess I will admit, Florida potentially could be seen as better if you don't count championships, wins, win pct, and head to head
Posted on 5/6/17 at 1:19 pm to lsupride87
You do have to be objective, after all...
Posted on 5/6/17 at 1:27 pm to Lsupimp
What does Clemson (or Alabama) have to do with anything in this thread? I'm giving you my argument for why Florida is the better program, and the only thing you people can do is bring up Clemson? Is that what you've been reduced to?
As I've stated multiple times, LSU's accomplishments are inflated because they had the benefit of beating up on some of the worst football programs and coaches in the history of the SEC. DuBose, Shula, Croom, Nutt, Orgeron...
Good grief.

So Florida is "objectively" better than LSU--despite being statistically inferior--because they were worthy of "national title talk"?
