Besides the fact he keeps repeating the now debunked "Saban stepped over a passed out player" story, he would act like a douche when he would come back to his old high school down here.

For a fairly non-descript NFL player, he would big time people around.

Whats funny is people get on Alabama for not playing black qbs but I dont think we have had a white rb starter since the late 60's or early 70's. Also I am not counting Dustin McClintock as he played fb.

There'd be no reason for people to "get on" bama for that because RB is a primarily black position.

Roger Bird by accomplishment, although he played DB in the NFL.

Shipwreck Kelly for having the most awesome name and for marrying one of the richest women in America at the time.

Never saw Wadiak play, so for me it's Ryan Brewer. He was a little ball of awesome for us.

Definitely Tucker Frederickson, but you know these young guys think CFB started when the THEY started watching it.

FWIW, Terry Henley was better than Tre Smith

This thread would get substantially more difficult if the title read "Best white running back from your team post apartheid America".

Tucker for Auburn.

But for Alabama, loved Johhny Musso, my alltime favorite Bama player.
