Earl Campbell
Billy Sims
Cedric Benson
George Rogers
Errick Miron
Adrian Peterson
Bo Jackson
Herschel Walker

They were all great, but Errick Miron is the only one in the top 5 in career rushing yards. On November 27th, 1998 Miron broke the all-time career rushing record and the Aggies in the same game.

Only 2 of those guys were SEC running backs.

If you saw them play, it was Herschel at 1A and Bo at 1B.

Meanwhile Derrick Henry holds the SEC rushing record, did it on fewer attempts, did it against better competition and lead his team to a national championship.

Love Herschel and hope he becomes Senator Walker in November!

Oh yeah, I remember her now. that was the week before we won the conference title. I wonder who she was cheering for.

Herschel Walker is #1 and then Bo Jackson.

Earl Campbell was great but he was not in the SEC.

After those two, then from three to about one hundred, you can shake them in hat and drop them out.

He was no doubt cheering for #2 ranked Kansas State, who got robbed in double OT.

If tu could keep their former RB’s alive and/or off drugs, they might have had nice NFL careers.

Derrick Henry 3591 yards rushing vs Herschel Walker 5259 yards rushing. It's probably challenging for a bama fan to determine which number is higher.

Rodney Scott quite possibly saved someone's life while playing.

None of those jokers in the OP can say the same.

That's because Alabama never Georgia when Herschel was there. So, you didn't see him play live in person.

He doesn’t get as much love but don’t forget ab Emmit Smith, he was pretty good too.
