Mr. Allen did something right, both his kids are tough as nails. Austin has a serious pro future and is going to be scary next year

ESPN has that QBR stat. It isn't great, but it is better than nothing.

Those aren't QB ratings though. I'd be interested in a comparison of QB ratings.

he must have had a heck of a game saturday given the score, i didn't see any of it. he's never been impressive when i've watched, so i think i'll make a habit of watching the rest of their games.

He tends to only show up in big games, Arkansas 2015 being the only exception I can think of. But to be fair, he was injured and we didn't call a single designed run for him in that game.

He also didn't get a designed run against Oklahoma either. When he runs, we usually win and he puts up good numbers.

I really hope the coaching staff has finally figured this out.

Allen will win arguments in the coming years though, wow is this kid going to be good.

Super impressed by Allen but it is quite funny how many are totally overlooking Drew Lock. Guy was shite last year because and I swear this is true Joe Montana could not have survived that shite show offense MU ran out last year.

No argument here. But to his credit, he called a great game on Saturday and if our receivers hadn't dropped so many passes in the first half, we would have routed UF.

i just looked at the stats from that game and was surprised he had that many yards (232) because i didn't remember him doing anything outstanding kinda like your rb that gets touted all the time.

I mean, Hurd had a good first half, and then we only gave him the ball 4 times in second. Shitty playcalling all game. It was easily the worst game we played all last year.

Thanks! The surprise to me there is that Dobbs is as high as he is. I didn't think he would be 4th. But there is a decent break between 3 and 4.

The dropoff after 5 is monumental.

Drew Lock?

That contest is like going to the Miss Arkansas Beauty Pagent. Not many contestants and very average talent to choose from.

It's Kelly but I wouldn't trade Allen for him.

That's kind of funny since the reigning Miss America was Miss Arkansas.

I'll hold my judgement on him until he plays real defenses

A&M's defense is real....... And he was spot on. if we had let him throw the ball more in the red zone we might've had a chance.
