I am a NY GIANTS fan, and I DT ahead of LT because LT was doing drugs during games.

Tarkenton for Georgia?
Yeah, Tarkenton would be a good bet.
I'm not so sure about Namath for you guys, though.
Namath's big claim to fame was the prediction. He threw the ball deep effectively, but his overall passing skills were average, at best, and by todays standards probably below average. With Alabama's history, I have to believe you had someone better than Namath. Just my opinion, and I admit it could be wrong.

Georgia...some pretty good ones:
Bill Stanfill
Jake Scott
Ray Donaldson
Fran Tarkenton
Charlie Trippi
All had excellent careers in the NFL.

Alabama had some I haven't seen mentioned on here...but I didn't read the entire thread:
Ozzie Newsome
Derrick Thomas
Cornelius Bennett
John Hannah
Sometimes we forget about the linemen, and the three in this list are outstanding.

Lance Alworth or Dan Hampton for Arkansas. Steve Atwater, while great, falls behind two HoF's.

I think there could be a cause for Jack Youngblood from UF as well. Though it's hard to top Smith..he holds so many NFL records it's kind of almost insane to pick anyone else.

I did earlier but Shaun Alexander may be the one that has been overlooked. Oh, add Leroy Jordan and Dwight Stepenson and that was my list. DT was already mentioned a few times.

Definitely Kent Hull and then Eric Moulds and Fred Smoot had great pro careers. Donald Lee and Reginald Kelly played in the league for many years. Fletcher Cox should be a good one but hasn't.been in league long enough.

Mizzou you have to consider Roger Wehrli as well he is an NFL Hall of Famer, as for current players a toss-up between Justin or Aldon Smith, though I always watch the Falcons just to watch Spoon Play.
