No they don't. They lost their #1 WR and their #1 RB. And if you can even call whoever they put on defense a playmaker, they also lost their star DE.

Really? So Clemson has gone 13-1 each of the last 4 seasons?
Lol, do you understand English? Since when does fine = undefeated? South Carolina has done fine in the SEC lately, are you back-to-back champs?

Do you know what fine means? Do you think Clemson's 2-3 record vs GT in the same 4 year period is doing fine against the Jackets? Is 2-2 vs FSU a 'fine' result for Clemson fans?
eta: If you want to count all of Dabo's games coached against those 2 he has Clemson at 2-4 vs GT and 2-3 vs FSU. Yep. Clemson is doing just fine against everyone vs SC.

Is Clemson really 2-3 vs GT in the last 5 years?

2-3 in the last 4 years. They lost to them twice in one season.
They are 2-4 in the last 5 years.

I was mainly referring to the last 2 years since Dabo's clearly turned things around, but no GT is probably the one team we've continually struggled with (in the ACC). They're like our Arkansas. We got em going forward though, Steele had zero clue how to stop that offense. Venables' scheme isn't perfect, but it's better for the flexbone.

I mean, FSU is pretty legit. What's Florida's record against FSU since Jimbo got there? The FSU-Clemson game comes down to homefield advantage as any tough rivalry does. We've won every game in Death Valley since like 2001. We've won 6 of 9 total against FSU I believe. We've won (in dominating fashion) 3 straight against VT.
We're doing just fine. We continue beating FSU at home every year, re-establish dominance over GT, and figure out how to be the fvcking Cocks and he'll be doing great.

More like GT has gone down the shitter. In the two years that Dabo has beaten the Jackets GT was a combined 13-14, 13-12 if you take out Clemson's wins.

Do you go back to Spurrier's first 2 seasons at SC when analyzing his progress? How can you not see the difference between the interim team he had and the 7-6 team he had compared to the most recent 2 years?
Not even trying to be a homer, but the teams couldn't be more different. We have completely different offenses and defenses as we had a different OC and DC. We've done fine the last 2 years.

Did you get the Arkansas monkey off your back when Petrino left?

1-1 vs GT
1-1 vs FSU
0-2 vs SC
3 of the biggest threats to Clemson getting to the national title this season Clemson is 2-4 against the last 2 years.
Oh and the 2 years Dabo has beaten FSU the 'Noles were a mediocre 16-10.

Jesus dude, you have a very overinflated definition of the word 'fine'. Never did I say he was doing a perfect or even good job. I said he's done a fine job. I wanted no part of hiring Dabo and said so as vocally as humanly possible, but he has done a 'fine' job so far.
He's posted back to back double-digit winning seasons, won the ACC, and last year did what Clemson hasn't done in decades by winning every game they SHOULD win (granted he was 1-2 in the toss-ups but it's still been a while since Clemson went unscathed and was dominant in the other games).
Like I said, he improves against the 3 teams you mentioned (we should dominate GT, FSU is someone who will always be tough but we're still 6-9 against them, and SC is at a level where we'll not dominate them but it should be closer than it is) and he'll be doing a 'great' job.

I really hope yal come out with that attitude. Both SC and LSU came out with the mindset that they had to come out in double tight formations and establish their SEC power running attack. Clemson's defense is far from dominant, but they're decent in the front 7 in BOB situations.
Fortunately for us LSU never modified this mindset and lost with something like 8 three-and-outs. SC was smart enough to realize they could have much more success running (and subsequently passing) from sets that spread Clemson out. Our front seven is big and strong but they lack elite athleticism and this is seen when they have to play in space.
UGA's running attack doesn't scare me from the double tight I form. We'll be able to be serviceable against that. What terrifies me is when they run from 11 personnel or when they come out in 20 with Marshall motioning out against a LB.
That's where we'll struggle.
At the same time, we gonna bend dat arse over when we're on offense.
