Had no idea Rupp had been remodeled to such an extent. Looks really good imo

You could charge $1000 per ticket, but that doesn't mean you are anywhere near being elite.

Rupp Arena looks ugly as hell

Auburn has a very strong basketball program now but y’all are by no means a blue blood. Y’all have exactly 1/2 of the amount of NCAAT appearances LSU has all time and we aren’t even really considered a relevant historical basketball program, and we even have more final 4 appearances than many significant programs.

We're nowhere close to a blueblood. Good God...
Dumb to even bring that up.

Ever heard of Cameron Indoor Stadium?
What kind of support does that team have while having a small arena?
I love when people talk out their arse like they know what they're talking about.

Look I am going to give your program some credit. Pearl has turned your program around compared to what it was before he got there.
You all have enjoyed some success, and he has energized your fanbase. Everything to be proud of.
But to act like you all have arrived and now comparing yourselves to the elites of college basketball is really talking out your arse.

I like how we have this blue blood conversation specifically about Auburn every year and everyone still debates it.
It's obviously a joke whether corch knows it or not. It's an Auburn twitter thing and has been for a while.

Here come the jealous gatekeeping UK fans playing the outdated Bear Bryant card. You're ugly and boring as hell. We're elite right now, and nobody cares about the past. Get over it. How many years of perennial top level success does one need in college basketball to get anointed? Auburn's been running at a top level since 2017 which is quite a while in the sport. How many times do they need to make you look like a dumbass? Imagine not ranking them preseason but voting for Nate Oats instead. Maybe they know who the real elite programs are.

I'm not even trying to take up for Auburn. I'm just shooting a hole in your logic concerning arena size.
I don't give two shits about all this talk about the best arena. Dumb message board shite.

Since 2017 (convenient marker by the way) you have one Final Four and the rest of those years you didn’t make it past the first weekend of the tournament. Kentucky has had a Sweet 16 and an Elite Eight, which has been considered a down stretch for the program.
In what world have you been “running at a top level” with any consistency since 2017? And you want to call us dumbasses?
I generally like Auburn but some of y’all are delusional as frick.

10-0 at home so far this year.
14-2 last year.
16-0 year before that.

Arkansas sucking as a team right now still doesn’t change the fact that Bud Walton Arena is regarded as a superior venue and tougher place to play than Auburn’s jungle gym.

ETA: I’m not arguing Neville is the best arena in college basketball or that Auburn is a blue blood, but for the last few years it has been one of the best environments and toughest places for opponents to play in the country.

Anyone who hasn't been to Rupp lately.....the entire exterior has been completely remodeled. So have the insides. Inside the arena is the same but everything else is new and state of the art.
That shite will age like milk. No forward thinking.
