It would be helpful to know each players 'reach.' The longer a lifter's arms, the harder it is to bench the same weight. Each player's height would be helpful in evaluating the results.

Anybody can do a max one time, but what the bench press tells the pro scouts is how often the athlete frequented his college weight room for the last 3-5 years.

People always say that there are some people who are better at doing maxes rather than 10 reps, but I've never met one.

Everyone I've ever known fell between a very narrow range--basically, what you can do with 10 reps almost completely determines what you can do with a max rep (provided that you don't cheat). Lazy or not lazy. Fat or not fat. In good cardio shape or not in good cardio shape. It's all the same.

These guns will dominate. I expect 38-39 reps.

I'm thinking he gets one half rep and a hernia.

how many reps do you have to do before you are allowed to chop block someone?

Interested to see what some of these beasts do:

I bet you are "Brokeback"

Does anyone care? I mean, really?

I might be interested in who did the most and how many that was...........

You yourself said the exact same thing you tried to flame me about. I said I was interested to see what they did rep wise, you flamed it, and then said you were interested. That's odd...

Btw - i'm 32, married, & have 3 sons. Definitely not "brokeback". There is a time I would have engaged in this "witty" banter with you, but then I graduated college and stopped using "you gay" as a default insult. Grow up. Evolve. Get more creative.
