Johnny doesn't have to be Coach K.
This loss only sucks because of how we played. In reality, we were an underdog, and this was probably a loss LSU could afford.
Win the next two at home and they'll be 4-1 in conference.
LSU is going to have more talent than every remaining opponent except for Kentucky and maybe Texas A&M. And Simmons is really good. He'll will this team to more than a few wins.

You keep saying this.
1) Everyone knows Johnny Jones is a bad in-game coach. You know who else is? Scott Drew at Baylor, Rick Barnes, Josh Pastner, Thad Matta, etc.
Yet all of those coaches make NCAA Tournaments in large part because of having a ton of talent most years.
2) LSU made the NCAA Tournament with Johnny Jones as their head coach last season. So to act as if it can't happen agains simply because he is our coach is pretty ridiculous.

They're shooting for 13-5 in conference.
The Oklahoma game will mean a lot more for LSU than it will for Oklahoma, so I'm hoping that gives us an edge in that one.

The Tigers will be a roller coaster all year and then catch fire in the SEC Tourney and get the auto-spot and go to the Final Eight. The feast part of LSU is as legit as the famine.

It's not like Florida is a great Basketball team. If LSU would of won that game you would be on here posting some other critical thing about the game. Have some character and move on because it's not like Florida has an easy way to the tournament. No one does in the SEC!!!
