I understand what he meant and to be honest, that's the mindset you hope your players have but if they are building a dynasty then I guess the buffalo bills were a dynasty too.

Valid point but they have a really really good one coming in. There are no guarantees in regards to how a player develops but the hunter Johnson kid was the MVP of the all star game and about 8 out of 10 players at the elite 11, when asked who the best was, answered Hunter Johnson. Emphatically. Game recognizes game.
