UoP is 64,000 for Cardinals games. Can be expanded to 72,000...which I'm assuming was the case here.

The ratings for the other BCS games have been way down. The ratings for the Rose were down 15% and the Fiesta was down 22%

That's because there wasn't a SEC team playing.

I guarantee they'll be good for the Sugar and BCSNC.

I just saw 2 tickets in the lower level endzone go for 9,100 on ebay. Hands to god I would not lie about this.

The dome is not really any bigger though. Couple of thousand or so. But the prices are STILL SKYROCKETING as we speak. The lowest price on Stubhub is 3800+ right now.

This is absurd.

I'll take my hat off to Auburn fans who are going out there without tickets though. Apparently it's gonna be a big risk.

Ya'll don't think prices will be under $700-800 at gametime??????

I guess the only good part about not having tickets is that I don't have to have a soul crushing decision to sell them or not.

You have to sell if you can get that much.

Its very nice to know that you'll be there and that you're not even tempted to sell your tickets. In this regard at least, my soul is virgin.

I sold mine yesterday. I'm sad because I really wanted to go, and had the chance. However, I don't regret my decision. At the end of the day, I needed to do what was best for my family, and adding several thousand dollars to our nest egg was best.

No way in hell. There are way too many people that I know flying to AZ without tickets for them to come down that low. I think you might be able to pick up a pair for 3k a few hours before the game on Monday. There aren't going to be many scalpers that have the cash flow to have a ton of tickets to sell on the street.

BTW, I have 4 tickets in section 230 club level. I paid 1k each for them. I was bummed to pay that much a month ago, but I am pumped now. They are going for around 4k each at the moment.

The reason that the tickets are so pricey is simple: the two teams playing have zero national championships between them in 50 years, and neither will be in this game again for a very long time.

Holy shite. Come up with something original.

Every post you have consists of "Alabammer the greatest... Auburn sucks"

I bought 4 tickets in the Lowel level (right next to endzone) for 450 a Month ago from a nice older man in Phoenix. He had 4 more, but made me promise not to sell them if I bought them. So I didnt buy the extra ones.

What has happened here? I have no idea why there are only a few hundred left on Stubhub

When you sell on stubhub, the tickets have an automatic sale cut-off date, based on the date of the event, and anticipated shipping times from seller to buyer. If you noticed a huge, sudden, drop off on the availability, then that is likely what happened.
