Its better than regular boudin but the crawfish and seafood boudin beats all.

Anyone ever tried a boudin kolache? They are very good.

Pretty much, they dont taste too bad either. Just like anything else, add some rice and it'll be good.

I remember one time , I was talking with my cousin from Semmes, Alabama. He said he tried some of that Bodine (like the race car driver) and loved it. It took me about 30 seconds to figure out he was talking about Boudin.

Bubba Frey's in Mowata, T-Boys in Mamou, K&B Groc in Ville Platte, all have awesome boudin.
