It's not the truth, it's his opinion. The Means case shot the hell out of that opinion. Read the board before you post because it's been discussed.

It's his knowledge of the FBI, and the law. The FBI has no interests in NCAA matters...NONE. They can't share the wire taps with the NCAA, that's the law.
