Kiffin causes disent in a staff. He is immature and a prick. Took a pre season Heisman candidate, someone as good as Jameis, who has an NFL arm and could not produce.

Everybody in other fanbases is mocking this post but it's very true. Everyone did act like Kiffin would suck and he ended up doing very well. He turned Blake Sims into a very efficient QB. His only problem in my eyes is that he passes too much, but even with that, Bama made the playoff and LSU did not. Kiffin is a very good coordinatotr
