I like the idea of playing SJSU, but I wanted Penn State to be the home opener for 2010. It would be a awesome scene with the newly renovated facility and 100,000+ fans, and two traditional powers knocking heads.

I dunno. I may get bored with them eventually, but Ross and I do a good job of refuting them. We made them look pretty dumb on a thread about AU last week. Still it does get old trying to enlighten some of the tards over there after a while. And you can't really go off on them or you risk a ban.

I vaguely remember Bartow coming across as a bit of a prick back then, but was pretty young so my recollection is not all that good.
Still, Bartow, Wimp, and Sonny Smith were 3 really good instate coaches that had great rivalries back then. Wimp and Sonny acted like they hated each other, but as it turned out they were or became pretty good friends.

I never said we were not. We're just not going to open the season in Tuscaloosa with them. San Jose St. looks like they'll get that task now.

I went off on one a little bit yesterday (nothing that bad though) and had my post deleted about 5 minutes later. I took that as a warning.
A few weeks ago, I came in drunk late one night and didn't hold back. Totally went off on them. The post was deleted from my post history (and the thread) sometime this afternoon as it was there yesterday. So, I would say it is a safe bet I have been RA'd. I am mostly just defending AU though and not critical of LSU (with the exception of the drunk post a few weeks ago).

I see to a small degree why the Tide won't play them in football. I disagree,but understand a little.
However,its inexcusable that they won't play them in basketball. Makes Alabama look like they're afraid of them.
