If LSU and UA continue with solid wins I would think around 3...depending on the action Vegas gets on a FG decided game.

If you would read it has been said that besides the anomolly of the BCS game the last time Bama beat LSU by 10 in Bryant-Denny was in 1990

Yeah let's just pretend that didn't happen?

Y'all realize that Sheridan isn't a handicapper right? He's an oddsmaker.

Unless he changed, he doesn't bet on games. He just sets the lines.

LOL, no LSU is not more than likely going to win. More thank likely to lose, just Like the past two games and 4 of the last 6 games. 10 pts seems high but in realty, is about right, on how much better Bama is than LSU.

After Bama wins, the question will be, is LSU going to quit on the season and lose to TAMU the following weekend and their bowl game again to finish up with 4 losses and Bama will have won 3 in a row vs LSU (5-2 last 7 games) and have just completed a 3 peat 4/5 BCSCG.

Will that put Les on the hot seat again? With how the defense has been sucktastic will Chavis be the scapegoat? Does Les get a call from UTex?

What has led you to believe this? Was it bama not being able to move the ball against Colorado St? Or was it that bama gave up 600 yards to two guys when they played a team with an offense?

Lsu has beaten bama 9 times in 12 years.

I don't know if past games matter a whole lot. LSU has their best O since 2007 and UA's D isn't as dominant as in past. BDS isn't really a problem. I think we'll score some points in this one. The biggest thing to me is that our run D isn't elite and UA running the ball well. Our D really has to continue to improve to me...I think they will.

They don't. Bama has shown nothing that says they are 10 points better than. Lsu.

CSB. I am fully aware of that. I am talking about your fan base calling your last BCSNCG appearance an anomaly. Let's just call that game an outlier or bad dream.

They haven't. What I'm not sure about is if the teams score in mid 20's or in mid 30's.

Let's get this straight. You think the reason the games are close is because Bama plays like crap? That's the only reason anyone could come close to beating or beating Bama is if they play like crap?

The reason IMO these games are always close is because CLM focusses his attention on Bama all off-season and he's a damn good coach. He knows Saban's style and how to play him. I would say the 2009 year in T-town is more evidence of that than any other. It was a down year for LSU and Bama was going undefeated and eventually win the NC. But LSU played us deep into the 4th before it was settled. CLM got my respect that year.

You clearly don't know what an outlier is.

Holy shite. We actually play more than two teams worth a shite. Miles can't afford to prepare for bama all offseason. Get over yourself.

I have never ever heard this, why would you think that? Just curious.

I have never seen a fan base use past experiences as a basis for why their current team is good like Alabama fans. "Alabama is definitely 10 points better than LSU!" Ok...why? "3 out of 4, 21-0." "We're the number one team in the country until proven otherwise, just look at what we did last season. We pulled out a last minute win on one of LSU's least successful teams in 10 years, while also managing to lose to Texas A&M at home." Please quit grasping at straws and realize that Bama has proven nothing yet this season. A fully healthy Georgia would have beaten bama in a shootout in between the hedges this year as well. Listen I dont blame fans for being confident in your team, but please cut the arrogant act.

I know enough to know that you can't shouldn't call that game an outlier. Let's see about 4 more les vs Saban match ups before we start determining outliers.

Have you seen this thread? It is equally Bama and LSU fans using the past to justify their opinions.

A few posts above is an LSU fan talking about 9 times in 12 years.
