You must be a youngun.

Anyway, we are happy to split with anybody this year. LSU was picked to make a run not Bama. We were picked last or next to last and you just lost to us. We had nothing to lose. Dang right we are giddy. We are happy to split with any of the powers that be in the conference.
It's like when LSU fans think they've done something when you beat us in baseball. You do realize you have a distinct advantage, huge advantage when it comes to getting players. You have future major leaguers playing what amounts to a glorified high school team.
If you don't believe in the "advantage" you have ask ole Skip where LSU would be without that advantage in baseball.

Bro, Skip could coach. He would often call what was going to happen on the next play before the pitch was thrown.

It's ok. We are 1935 NCAA champs. If there is one program who can't say shite about claiming championship it's you toothless wonders

What's also funny is all y'all do is bring up football instead of taking basketball. How about baseball. Y'all have had slot of success against us?? Lol

Just curious. How the hell does a team have more tournament losses than tournament appearances in a single elimination tournament?

There used to be third place games per region until '75, and the final four third place game went until '81.

LSU is mad they can't even claim their basketball moral victory this year. Enjoy the NIT.

won-loss records for both teams are clearly wrong. Unless a team wins the title (which neither LSU nor Bama have done), the number of losses MUST exactly match the number of tournament appearances.

ETA: By my count, Bama is 20-20. Not going to bother doing LSU's numbers

LSU has had 3 x third place games between the final four or a regional in their tournament history, so they have more losses than appearances.

LSU 24-24 NCAA tournament record (ESPN)

Bama 21-20 Ncaa tourney (ESPN) you're correct that Bama should be 20-20. I checked after your post and ESPN has Bama at 4-1 in '04 when they should be 3-1.

Bet you'd trade never winning another basketball game again to beat Alabama in football once

We were 1934-35 national champions. No Bama fan can say a single thing about claiming championships. And lol at Bama fans putting overall record up. How many championships in baseball do y'all have compared to us? Not even close. You would trade baseball programs in heartbeat

Not really, since I don't give a shite about baseball. However, I clearly showed that we have had plenty of success against LSU in baseball.

Bama has considerable head to head leads over LSu in the 3 major men's sports. Football, Basketball and Baseball. Bama has basically dominated Lsu and is an overall better athletic program.
