The officer apparently "retired" yesterday. How do you retire at age 31? When they tried to reach him for comment today, his landlord said he had moved out of the Country "to explore other options".

Interesting

Cops versus multiple witnesses coming forward to say that the cops are lying? I'd say the opposite.
I def think there is a good possibility Brown said something to the cop and the cop got heated and arrested him. Which is not the right thing to do. But I'm sorry I don't beleive this story or any witness that says Brown was literally walking away minding his own business and the cop followed him just to peeper spray and arrest him

Tons of examples all over the place about cops doing crazy shite for little to know reason. People are stupid and petty, and given a little bit of power over others, they will abuse that power in horrifying ways.

That's true. But with an estimated 20-40 people there, why did they single out the highly touted football player? Was that just a coincidence?

Trust me the exchange went this way

Police: Hey you leave the area
Tony: Whatever Whatever. I'm not doing shite
Police: I'm telling you to leave the area now
Tony: I don't have to leave I'm not doing shite
Police: I am not going to tell you again
Tony: You can't do anything to me

Policeman walks towards him, and at that point Tony walks towards his car.

Police:I gave you the oppurtunity to leave but you didn't. Now you are going to jail.
Tony: Dog don't walk up on me in an aggressive manner.
Police: Pulls out pepper spray and uses it.

I bet this is most likely how it happened and how the police wrote it.

No telling how many things were covered up for McClain. Troubling pattern.

Which puts the police in the wrong, if that is how it happened. If he starts to leave don't start that "Nah you didn't leave earlier" bullshite, if he's leaving you did your job, quit harassing teenagers.

A person doesn't get to walk away on their terms. Most police wouldn't give you two or three warnings to walk away. They'll tell you once and if you don't move the cuffs come out.

You also teach them that if they're good at football, they won't need a defense.

I guess you missed the al.com story about some TPD officers that were Auburn fans harassing students - police chief made said officers remove Auburn tags/stickers from their cruisers and a few other things. There was almost a riot. Operation Red Dog has extended to infiltrating the TPD. REC is only reacting accordingly.

I'm not talking about what police would do, I'm talking about common sense. That's like eating supper at the table with your kid on the other end, you tell him to do his homework, he says not right now, you tell him to do it, he says he will later, you get up, he starts doing it.

He's doing it, goal accomplished, only a jackass would carry out any punishment.
