He also resisited arrest

yet this article is very Trayvvonesque in that everyone is saying Brown did nothing wrong

I HIGHLY doubt a cop would run someone down and pepper spray them for complying with their orders

and that Marine deserved it. He was knocking around his ex GF

I don't think that actually happened either

It's somewhere in the middle but excessive force was used, to me TPD shouldn't have even been called

Best move for TPD would've been asking them to take the shite elsewhere. I still wanna know what his friend did to get arrested that apparently is what set Brown off

Just because someone is a police officer doesn't mean they "do no wrong."

My brother used to be a patrol officer when he first started his career and this one time his Sargent arrested some guys for drugs and impounded their car. Well come to find out there was a really expensive radio in the old peice of a junk car that he impounded. The Sargent stole the radio out of it and when my brother found out he wrote a complaint on his Sargent. The only thing that happened was the Sargent threw the radio in the front seat of the car and that was it. The first time that my brother forgot to turn in a police report before he clocked out his Sargent wrote him up and suspended him the maximum two weeks, "good thing it was deer season and he just hunted."

Another instance was a black police officer told my brother that he only pulled over, gave speeding tickets, etc. to white people..

The city police force was so corrupt my brother ended up transferring to a better job to a drug task force unit in another county all together.

We never hear about such as this at LSU or AU because the cops and media are in your pockets.

Paul Bryant Jr. OWNS the law enforcement in Tuscaloosa county. You literally have no fricking idea what you're talking about.

Ok, yes police can be in the wrong sometimes. But i would bet statistics would show that 99% of all pepper spray resisting arrest incidents arent caused when complying orders. Sure, there is the 1% chance it could happen. I find it hilarious that Bama fans are certain the cop just pepper sprayed a complying individual. Get a grip. Is it a big deal he got arrested? No, he will serve his punishment and still be on the team like he should be. But it is laughable to assume right of the bat he is innocent. It makes you look delusional

I can't tell what's going on in the video, so I don't have an opinion on who's right or wrong - but what happened to kids respecting law officers? Is it a sense of entitlement that makes them think they can argue with and talk back to police who are trying to step in and do their jobs. The tone of voice of the person heard is confrontational, and I don't blame the officer for getting involved. Again, I don't know the particulars, but that kind of disrepect is worrisome.

Some of us have actually dealt with the TPD. Most of them are good folks, but a handful are not, and there just enough to believe this version of events.

Did Brown probably say something at some point to provoke the pig to follow him? Sure. Does that warrant a pepper spray to the face and an arrest when witnesses say he was leaving as instructed? No.

This is probably more inline of what really happened. Both sides acted inappropriately.

We have an Auburn insider here now about the inner workings and corruption of the Tuscaloosa Police Department. Please tell us more.

We have zero idea what happened. If we play the percentages one would assume the cop was in the right. There are far less dirty cops then there are dumbass tennagers. So if you play the percentages without knowing anything(which we dont) one would assume brown deserved it.
