Case and point, AU has wasted a shite ton of talent so look in the mirror.

I look in the trophy case. And UGA's has been empty for 10+ years...

He really is

Thats why I laugh at the beginning and end of his threads. its great to see bait set like that. The voting gets up there to a point where people think it matters

And our record vs AU during that time says your team is basically hot garbage even though you recruit at a high level.

Oh yeah how could I forget about another one. BJ Scott was a WR and Saban scared him to play Defense

So final accomplishments dont matter, but head to head during a certain time period does?

#SuperbowlPhan

And I believe since UGA's last title AU holds the advantage by a game

He talks about Athens wasting talent but refuses to acknowledge Auburn doing the same exact thing. I mean if you looked at Auburns roster right now there is no way in fricking hell you should ever lose to MSU.....yet you frickers got your asses handed to you. So yes, I am calling your team out for recruiting nationally at a high level and rolling out terrible teams. No one gives a damn about one title when the reality is Auburn should be good every year and they aren't. Just like Georgia.

in relation to accomplishments, your stated accomplishment was the head to head vs Auburn

then why does everyone chastise UGA for their recent lack of it, despite all the talent

All of these players should have been superstars but at Bama they fizzed out or are fizzing out.

Or maybe, and try to stay with me here, these players were overrated by recruiting services that at the same time underrated some of the other guys that signed with Bama in this same time frame. You know, some of those guys that are responsible for 3 National Championships since Nick Saban and his "terrible" coaching staff took over Tuscaloosa. I don't know though, maybe I'm just talking crazy. I wish we had Mark Richt in Tuscaloosa. Just look at all those rings on his fingers.

We typically recruit about 4 or 5th in the SEC alone so there are always teams in our own division that out recruit us so how can one reasonably have us listed as the team that accomplishes the least with the most talent. The numbers don't add up. We finish in the Top 10 fairly often and we finish about where our recruiting rankings say we should most years. So just because we haven't had the fortune of landing a once in a generation player and have that player carry us a title doesn't change the fact that over the last 10 years Georgia has consistently out performed AU who recruits just as well and sometimes better. It isn't like we have ever had Alabama's roster at any point in our history. We don't have a 2deep of 5 stars.

And our record vs AU during the same timeframe says that if you want to call someone out for sucking dick when you recruit well you should look in the mirror. You were the preseason rank 3 team and you already have 2 losses. Talk about wasting a frick ton of talent.

I agree and I commend you for pointing to an issue which most Gumps would argue against. You obviously are not a Gump but an intelligent football fan.

It is quite impressive to look at the level of dominance which Bama has established on the recruiting front on a consistent basis. I've seen many homer comments that the difference between the #1 and #5 classes is irrelevant. The fact is that Bama has been a clear #1 and the gap between #2 has been significant in most years. I've always felt that one of Saban's strengths is his ability to get a team loaded with 5* to buy into the team concept and that they probably won't start as freshmen. The problem might be that he's starting to lose those guys coming into the program as freshman (non-starters).

I know you are trolling but how is Bama wasting talent with guys like Tyler Love or Dee Hart who were consistently injured their entire careers? Or guys like Williams who turned to be a complete tpos? Bama somehow "wasted" that talent? and the dumbass Op suggesting Bama is wasting OJ when he is featured player in the offense?

I wouldn't consider OJ Howard wasted. But I agree with the amount of talent they recruit, they should legitimately win the NC every year.

Not as happy as I'd be if your father got revenge.
