Everyone knows we are going to get skull fricked this weekend. My question to you all is, do you think saban will embarrass Butch or will be have mercy on him? Saban has been known to try and embarrass many teams in the past but he's also been very merciful. So are we looking at a 55-0 game or something like 38-3?

We have young backups who we are trying to get as many real game reps as possible. Our last 3 blowouts we've brought in the 2nd string late in the 3rd and they've run our offense until the last 5 minutes of the game, and then we just run to kill the clock.

So, your fate depends on Tua, Najee and the 2nd team O-line.

Really depends on the players. Saban cares nothing about the score outside of winning.

Not really. Kept his foot on the gas against Auburn once with a backup QB.

Saban lets his players play, if the 2nd and 3rd string score, so be it. It’s nothing personal, just business.

Bama fans want him to shove it so far up Butch’s arse, Nick will have to get his pecker checked for gingivitis.

Neither. Bama will overlook Tennessee in preparation for the bye week and have a sluggish 14-0 first half lead. Then they will score two TDs in the third quarter and two more TDs in the fourth quarter to make it 42-0. Tennessee will score a TD in the dying seconds and Butch will go for two to try to cover the spread. Tennessee converts the two point conversion and ends up covering the spread.

It sounds absurd I know but I have a feeling Tennessee competes better in this game than most think. Not saying upset but Bama may not pull away till relatively late.

Serious question: Can butch be more embarrassed? What legendary catch phrase could he produce if he took another 40+ point shutout?

Butch has embarrassed everyone up here. From his play calling to his cliches, he's a joke.

There is always a chance for an upset. Always, but it's not likely. I think Saban will go easy in the 2nd half if Alabama is comfortably ahead.

I don't see Saban intentionally trying to run up the score. I also don't see him telling the younger guys that are more or less auditioning for PT to take it easy. He coaches all of them to a high standard and expects nothing less than 100% effort. That is why even if BAMA is up 40+, he is still coaching until the end.

The problem will be that even when he backs off UT will. It be able to stop the backups.

Same.

Unless UT starts uninspired and completely quits if UA jumps on them early, I think they cover.

They have to play with pride at some point. If they won't do it for the TSIO to cover a 34.5 pt spread, Butch should be fired before next Monday.

Do you think Saban intentionally tried to embarrass Mason & Vandy? No, Bama is just fricking good.
