Indeed.

Im wondering why the hell we are still talking to TK Fleming . Now hes a criminal. We told him to keep his nose clean after being arrested like 3 times and a week later he breaks into a woman's house and is found laying on the floor in her bedroom, then he jumps out of a window. . And I think I heard he got arrested again after that. Thats a guy that isnt worthy of a scholarship right there.

She was still below the legal age of consent and I could have been charged with sexual misconduct.

Very few things in the law are black and white like the statutory rape matter you mention

I understand where you are coming from.

But statutory rape laws are pretty clear. There is almost no grey area. You have 2 main facts for statutory rape. (1) One of the participants is an adult (over 18) (2) The other is a minor that cannot consent to any sexual act.

quote:

Statutory rape laws assume that all sexual activities involving individuals below a certain age are coercive. This is true even if both parties believe their participation is voluntary.Generally, statutory rape laws define the age below
which an individual is legally incapable of consenting to sexual activity.

Of course, each state has a different definition of what they think is under age... but 14 covers it for an 18 year old in most states (I'm not looking up every states requirements).

This is just another deflection from the barn, rumor they start to deflect them asking Eric Smith to come back. Someone give me a LINK that Hill is coming to Alabama.

Not for having consensual sex with her as you have stated. Not in Alabama, not to my knowledge.

That's just it. This isn't an Alabama recruit. It's an LA recruit. Our laws and regulations differ.

Yes laws differ in all states. My post was in response to the guy that says he himself could have been charged with sexual offense. He stated he had consensual sex at 15 with a 14 yr old. To my knowledge, in Alabama that is permitted.

I don't know for sure but I'm guessing most, if not all states allow this. Consensual sex between 15 and 14 yr old.

I don't really know why I found this interesting last night. After sleeping on it, I realize this is just Saban being Saban. He's a hypocrite who is all about character until he is in a bind, then Hill can replace his suspended running back that he tried to cover for. Aaron Douglas can replace his graduating left tackle. Jimmy Johns can get back on the team to add depth at LB. And, possibly my favorite "integrity" move of all, Saban finds himself losing to UL Monroe and DJ Hall's one-game suspension magically disappears, allowing him to come in at the half.

Nick Saban is a real class act. I mean that sincerely. He really is a classy dude...until his arse is backed into a corner. But, hey, at least none of those moves I mentioned above came back to bite him and the DJ Hall decision allowed them to come back and beat ULM. Didn't it?

"Troll Police" is a troll, if that isn't obvious.

He says things that you'd rather not accept, so he's a troll? Face it, your coach will do anything to win and that includes dropping his integrity and character facade. You knew it was bullshite all along. Why label the person pointing it out as a troll rather than just admitting you support what Saban is doing?

E. Smith rumors started on bama websites, champ.... when the coaches were on vacation.

J. Hill rumors started on TI.

Your deflecting skills needs a lot of work.

That's kind of an ironic statement.

No, he's a troll because I'm a member of that site and he's a troll. That's his shtick.

That little man is in your head big time. Why do you care so much about what Saban does?
