Unless he's a witch engaging in Necromancing right? Goddamn him if Eric Northman dies.

(from what I've heard tho, doesn't sound like the type of character we need.)

Yep guy gets a blowjob in high school and he definitely has character issues....

Yah, if your 14 yr old daughter was 'persuaded' into blowing a senior, I think you'd feel different about it.

Yes, because being close to the matter allows such clarity of the mind and frees one to be rationale.

Yup. Some people just don't get it and pretend to know specifics about the situation or make assumptions.

There's a reason why statutory rape laws are in effect in every state in the US.

But do you not get that you are making an assumption?

I got my first BJ when I was 15 and she was 14. She didn't take a whole lot of persuading. I'm sure if her Dad walked in the room she might have told a different tale.

Meh.

Sorry. I rarely believe the post sex guilt ridden historical revision that high school and college girls try to pass off as the truth when they find out the blowing a guy doesn't make him love you.

Either way. The staff checked the kid out. I'm sure he told his side of the story and it sounds like they believed him. Time will tell.

I'm not making an assumption. I'm going by all that has been made public, and that's the kid has charges pressed against him.

Ok.... Not buying a word of that.

Also you were 15. Hill was 18. There is a significant difference. legal and moral

There is also a reason for the change in the powder vs. rock sentencing guidelines. Inequity. I would also caution you to limit your take on the matter until you stop thinking about it from having a daughter standpoint...and look at it from a having the son position. Very few things in the law are black and white like the statutory rape matter you mention..and there is a reason for that.

Because everyone who has charges pressed against them are guilty

For now, he doesn't deserve a scholarship. If charges get dropped, fair game. This is my opinion.

There are no victims of sexual abuse that are female and below the age of 18. Even if they claim to be victimized, they are lying.

Amirite?
