Let's reconnoiter on this medicine taking thingy in 24 hours, shall we?

Sure. No matter what happens, today still happened and LSU lost to Notre Dame.

And TCU deserved to get in over OSU.

But keep channeling your inner Joey Galloway.

Beating an overrated team doesn't mean anything. Committee got it right. TCU is garbage from a weak conference. They were exactly where they belonged.

Either way, I'll have a glass of the good stuff and move on with my life.

Is it? A win would be great. A loss would not. Simple as that.

Sarcasm is difficult on these boards. Good luck to your Buckeyes and may they die in a flaming AIDs fire.

Metaphorically.

People keep bringing it up because it's been the only thing they can talk about in the past 9 years. Clemson and Georgia Tech are the only ones with any type of bragging rights after those games. Louisville just about choked at home to a sorry Kentucky team, and like I said Florida State squeaked another one out at home when Florida missed two field goals. I would feel pathetic touting that type of repertoire.

It sure is. Almost every post I make is sarcastic or getting a rise out of the SEC homers. Just assume that every time, and we're good.

Good luck to Bama as well. I hope they all get fibromyalgia wrapped in lupus.

I'd put money that many here were lined up to hop on that Florida dick after the '07 MNC game. Hell, many still do. When Kentucky, Arkansas, and Georgia fans are talking shite about anything, you can expect to get it back.

TCU's offense wasn't all that impressive today. They turned the ball over three times in the first half alone. Bo Wallace single handily lost that game. He wouldn't get rid of the ball when he needed to, and never hit his check downs. There was also some very poor playcalling and lack of adjustments on the Ole Miss side.

Bama is fortunate to be playing against a 3rd sting QB instead of TCU or even Baylor who have serious offense

Instead we're playing a really good defense. We'd score in the 50s on both TCU and Baylor. A crippled OM offense is no indicator that TCU's defense is good.

I can't speak for other fans, but Georgia beating Georgia Tech is barely brought up anywhere. Nobody cares about them, Georgia has beat them 12 our of 14 years. People were pissed about losing to them this year sure, but with the way Georgia plays, it wasn't all that surprising. Plus, Tech is a pretty good team apparently. Georgia fans care about beating three teams: Tennessee, Auburn, and Florida.

It's funny that some people think TCU or Baylor would beat Bama. Transitive property applied to college football "always" works.

I know Kentucky, Georgia, etc. fans that care a lot about Florida beating Ohio State too. If Bama wins tomorrow there will be a lot of talk from them. All I'm saying is that it works both ways.

You know it still surprising me there is so much dick riding for Alabama still. I'll be honest, being a fan of an SEC East team this year felt like being in a completely different conference the way they were dick riding the west. In years past, such as 2007, I knew teams like Ohio State and Michigan were vastly over-rated because of the midwest media, and the weak Big 10. I wasn't at all surprised that they were blown out in the years to follow. I don't feel that way this year, it would not surprise me one bit if Alabama lost tomorrow, and I said this long before what happened today. Everything is cyclical, the SEC has lost to many players to the NFL over the past 2 or 3 years, especially LSU, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Nah. We'll just remind you of the last time you faced Kentucky in the NCAA tournament instead.

Or the next recruit we take from you on the football field.

Basketball means less to me than Kentucky football. And I'm sure Urban Myer will manage even with you guys picking up our scraps.
