I remember the talk.

"Harris is only a sophomore"

"Remember the Auburn game?"

"Les Miles can't develop quarterbacks."

"Harris could be a star, but focus is everything with him. In one start last season, he went 3-of-14 for 58 yards in a blowout loss to Auburn." Source

Now eat your crow.

Harris has quietly entered the upper echelon of SEC quarterbacks. Is he perfect? Of course not. But please understand why LSU has so much confidence in this sophomore quarterback. He makes very good decisions. Every throw he makes, I can understand his rationale. And if you disagree with me, can you say the same thing about your quarterback? Mississippi State fans, I'll give that one to you. He doesn't have an interception, and there is a reason why. Les Miles has found the game manager quarterback that he needs for his offense, and the rest of the SEC should be on notice.

He wouldn't start for any team in the big 12 other than KState and Kansas.....Slow yourself down there.

He's most definitely the second best QB in the SEC right now.

After our defense makes him look like a silly, lost child on November 7th, this whole board will be relieved of these insecure, validation-seeking threads.

Two weeks.

It was either Klarvin or Sarge that wondered if he'd get to 1000 yards on the season.

Big 12 sucks at a lot of things but QBs isn't one of them. Just pointing out that the opinion is a bit premature.

They reeeeeally want Bama fans to be scared of their QB. It's cute.

Your post is much more insecure than the OP, who is simply pumped that the question mark at QB entering the season is now a positive.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll see if I can get this message to the Alabama athletic dept.

Man OU fans are by far the worst fanbase I've ever encountered. And trying to talk football in Big 12 country with OU fans around makes me want to start watching soccer or MLB.

No need for these type of threads on here. No one but LSU fans care.

Just making a fair assessment. There are 7-8 QBs in the big 12 that are better. Mahomes, Mayfield, Boykin, Russel, and Rudolf would start for ANY SEC team.

Then what's the problem? Is non-trolling sec discussion frowned upon on this shite board?

He was a highly rated QB, how is he a surprise?

I made many posts stating he will be a good to very good QB.

His improvements should have been expected

This same thread has been started a thousand times already.

Still not convinced he can perform under pressure. His true test is on the horizon.
