Sometimes you have to start from scratch... Saban inherited some talented players from Shula but many of them didn't have the intangibles of someone that Saban recruits... I would rather have a roster of 10 players who have completely bought in to Avery and his philosophy and play hard than 2-3 cancers that won't.. Give Avery time..

Bama basketball is in good hands and he will do well.

the 3 leading scorers from last year. They are now gone.

While this is obviously not a good thing, I think our system under Grant didn't help out low post guys. We played very guard heavy. Hoping CAJ's system can get us moving the ball around more and put our big men in better situations to score.

He'll be looking for his 3rd school now - from Tulane, to Bama, now it looks like Kennesaw State (according to NOLA.com).
Has he got grade issues?

Which is exactly why he should be processed. ?

I might expect this from some on tRant but not from you. Tarrant can actually, you know, play. He was arguably Bama's 2nd best player last year... Averaged around 13 or 14 a game.

Tarrant is solid. Would have started for most SEC teams last year.

While I can't say definitively, usually guys who get into Tulane don't struggle with grades.

Not worried too much about next year - hopefully we don't lose 20 games.

Nope just Cecil, he stays on top of it, plus I like him. He actually has some funny tweets. Would you post your list of top 10 sites or do you prefer flaming?

Can't players transfer without sitting out if there is a coaching change? Tarrant already left Tulane for Bama. maybe Gottfried wants him at NC State??
He also was injured at end of season.

Think Johnson's point guard son is transferring from A&M?

AJ is going to have a really rough go at it next year losing Cooper, Randolph and now their last person to score double figures is transferring.

Wonder where Tarrant will want to go, would love to have him at LSU. Kid can score in bunches, not the best 3 point shooter though and pretty short.

Not sure but I think Tarrant has already graduated which would make him eligible to transfer and play immediately regardless. Same rule that allowed J Coker to be eligible to play last season.
