FWIW, Trey was also the unequivocal all star of the off-season before his freshman year at UGA. Then the season started, he was consistently out of place, and he wound up missing at least half the season due to a bum hammy.
Just saying, I'd keep him in the back of your mind as a guy with plenty of potential but don't bank on him until he actually does something (other than tipping passes to the other team).

If Lawson isn't at full speed, then you don't have a pass rusher he as good as Jeremiah Attaochu on your roster. He had all 4 sacks...against Mason in his first start...on the road.

It was last week sometime, can't remember where it was I read it. May have been behind paywall on 247/Scout. Definitely came from a UGA fan. Which is why I was asking if it was true. I took it with a grain of salt.
