Agree 100% with this ^. In all honesty, I only expect marginal improvement in their record next year (probably 4-5 wins for the year) no matter who they hire.
The next guy's got his work cut out on the discipline side and he's going to lose some guys who've got away with crap their entire career (see Saban/Alabama 2007) because they simply won't change.
Whomever is left will play better/harder/faster but they'll be younger and thinner than even this year.
