I have to admit, after watching it I have a lower expectation of JF3. He looked very bad and seemed like a entitled jackass in the show.

Ya I think entitled is the best way to put it. He felt like he was better than being there and he is partly right. It will be interesting to see if now that he has gotten back to a big D1 school, will his attitude change or revert back when things get tough.

Your average DB - hell, your average SEC QB - does not make those throws

The only hope I have is that Nick Marshall was not accurate in JC. He had more interceptions than touchdowns so I'm hoping Gus can do similar work here with JF3. Without Javon, that's going to be all the more important, particularly early.

My worry is how he will react after 5 games go by and he is only playing a few plays per game? Is he going to start with the pouting like he did in JUCO? He also did not seem extremely coachable in the show. He was given some criticism and basically ignored the head coach and walked away.

I understand the head coach was a tool but that is no way to handle it. Not sure our coaching staff would react well to that.

Hopefully for us, he has grown up.

Palmer was probably one of the 5 most talented players to ever play at Bama. If Auburn found one of those, good for them

Palmer was compared only because he was also small, and (sometimes) played at the QB position.

It is very highly unlikely this guy can be compared to Palmer in about any other way, except speed. He's probably faster than Palmer, but I doubt as quick.

Ya, that is a good point. If he hasn't greatly improved in the passing department, he will most likely only be seen in packages.

I never got the whole story as to why he left FSU. Was it just the playing time he was upset about or was there some off the field issues as well? Surprising to me that he didn't stick it out at FSU.

Jimbo wanted him to switch to WR. He did not see him getting any playing time at FSU as a QB. Just didnt fit his offense.

Kid decided to go to JUCO to get immediate playing time then back to a D1 schools a QB. That way, he did not have to take a year off of playing

Ya kind of makes me wonder why he ever was recruited to FSU. Didn't think he got to any trouble but wasn't sure.
