Man, there's a lot of retards in this thread. It reminds me of why I don't come to the Rant much anymore. Remember when the rant used to be great and not constant trolls?

Anyway, this game scares me. Ole Miss is in the death throws of the season. The have playmakers on the O side that can make this a shoot out. I'd like to think that Auburn's O will score plenty against OM's D and Auburn's D will get enough stops to win.

Auburn 42 OM 34.

I don't think we can use the arKansas game as a barometer, since it's Auburn/Gus's superbowl and such.

It's not just the AU/Arkansas game. AU has continued to improve in all phases of the game over the course of the season. Also, OM might be without two of its starting o-lineman - a position group they were thin at already.

No doubt, it will be a test for our DBs, but we shouldn't have any problem scoring on them.

There was a fight on their sidelines during the LSU game and the team called a players only meeting earlier this week.

While OM certainly has playmakers in the passing game, they have more against them than they have going for them.

Answer: 334, 230, 200, 311
Question: How many yards rushing has Ole Miss allowed in each game against SEC foes in 2016?

Answer: Auburn
Question: Who leads the SEC in rushing yards per game?

Relax. Y'all got this.

Derp. Face it. If you'd just been up 35-0 at half on the road @ MSU, and then came out the next week and beat Arkansas 56-3, I'd hate to see this board right now. After that drubbing of MSU, you were tied at half with USM. But yeah, LSU has gotten better and Auburn is still stuck in September. You are dumb.

My main concern is that it's exactly the sort of game we historically have blown: everything seemingly in our favor, a wounded and faltering opponent with nothing on the line but pride. TAMU 2014, UGa 2006, Arky 2001, Bama 2001, UGa 1994 (actually a tie, but felt like a loss) are the most glaring examples off the top of my head.

You seem to be ignoring that Ole Miss is like 14th in the conference in rushing defense? Or just conveniently ignoring it.

Tillman you're either a really good troll or you really are that stupid.

Auburn hasn't beaten a good defense yet and hasn't played on the road. this team was projected to finish last in the west by many of the sports websites so i wouldn't be as confident as you. lol

just curious what is your obsession with Auburn. Did you guys not beat them? Obviously you don't understand that the word projected insinuates a prediction before hand with the understanding that things could change in the future. Just enjoy that fact that your team in being considered to be a revenue producing team for the soap opera that is FBS Division 1A football. It may not last to long.

AU is coming off their Super Bowl, so they will return to normal now.

Ole Miss 38-28

I would dearly love to see Bert get borderline erotic and give Aubbie a good spanking (and make them like it.) But road games in the SEC are seldom easy, regardless of the oppenents record. I'll just take a win. Hogs, 38-34

This. It's going to be eerily similar to the LSU game. If AU can avoid the turnovers that LSU couldn't it will be a 4+ score win.

Tillman is just an idiot.

His team would easily lose to the Auburn team playing today.

As an Auburn fan it cracks me up. When our seasons start going into the sh*tter, we completely implode. Ole Miss is playing like shite and is banged up. They are lucky to go to a bowl at this point. Yet we think that they are magically going to get better and play well against us. Kelly is in for a long night, and they have no other weapons.
