The obsession with Auburn and cheating has been going on for years. How is that not monotonous?

CPA's "al.comhunter" post is still one of my favorite posts on this board.

Total truth in the answer.

Bama fans, and others.. pointed out over the last 4 yrs, what yall are opening your eyes to and realizing. Your coach is a joke, your recruiters are dirty and everything Au has done has been a wreckless scramble due to a panic of having to face Bama teams under Saban's coaching. Yall are saying the exact same things you chastized and loathed me and others for pointing out in the past. Spare me the "your schtick is old" routine.

Sitting in Bryant-Denny Stadium listening to Danny Sheridan talk about how Auburn is under an NCAA investigation is the ultimate Bammer pornography.

Wonder if Danny's source on this wears a lot of yellow on a regular basis?

He can come clean on Cam, or clean his checking account of $7.5M I think he has chosen the former.

A) Our coaches suck. We were wrong.
B) I'm pretty sure there's a relatively large contingent of us on this board that have been willing to admit that we've been recruiting dirty and that Taylor and Luper have always been in the middle of it. It's not like that's old news or anything.

I'm not questioning what you're saying here.

What is astounding is that, regardless of how the Alabama football team is doing, the entire fanbase's eyes seem to be pointed towards Lee County - even when we're in the middle of arguably the worst Auburn football season in our 120 years of playing football.

Of course......we always can make time to revel in Auburn's misery......especially when its the worst season for AU since the game of football was invented...why wouldn't that be fun?

If there really is an investigation, Auburn might go ahead and help the NCAA investigation if they think the NCAA will punish them anyway, all in order to get out of paying $7.5 million and reduce sanctions.

They aren't just offering up info to get out of it though. Far better to be a new coach for a shitty team without sanctions than a shitty team with sanctions. It would change your coaching targets a good deal, I would think.

Then why all the whining when I post, if what I've posted is actual and correct? Just embrace the insight and realize, what I say is in the best interest of Au football.

Things always seem like they're magnified when you're wanting to go under the radar the most. There's very few threads being made in relation to Au, as compared to last season or the one before, or even the offseason. As to the ones that are, you know as well as I, it's always fun to kick a wounded kitty.

I've said it before....AU 2012 = Bama 2000.....not only was it a clusterfrick of a 3-win season but the idiot in charge (Dubose) allowed NCAA violations to occur on his watch....if that is case, look for AU to find their "Shula"

Auburn offered to win only 3 games this year as part of their sanctions. They should have asked them BEFORE the season.
