SEC WON'T split same state schools!!! Vandy/Tn., Miss./MSU, & Ala./you AIN'T going anywhere unless as a pair!
If they do, then those 2 are cross-div. rivals.
Therefore, Vandy = Tn. = no TSIO = NO AUBURN MOVE!!!

I think Auburn will be in the East in the next 5 years, or some form of a divisional n that includes natural rivalries, they would like the have, i.e. A pod system.
Everything in college footballs transformation sits with ND, I believe. The ACC network comes online in 2019. ND right now makes $15 mill a year through 2025, however if the ACCN will return double that, then a similar deal with ESPN and NBC maybe able to be brokered like the SEC has with CBS and ESPN. The ACC would then expand to 16, and you could see a poaching of WV as a natural fit given the old big east rivalries.
The SEC would then probably make a huge play for OU and OSU more than likely.
Texas goes to PAC12 along with TT and then BYU and Boise finish the conference, even though I wish Col State would get it.
Kansas and KSU goes BIg 10.
And the rest of the reaming B12 ( TCU, Baylor, Iowa St ) relegated to G5 status.

Mizzou will do what they are told! And Lord, I do wish they were in the west.

Auburn belongs in the East.
It is simple logic.
That's not Auburn's logic. Auburn's logic is based solely on the purported weakness of the East. It has nothing to do with geography or lack of "rivals."
If Auburn goes to the east it should spell the end of the permanent cross division crap and the SEC should add a nine game conference season.
Frankly, I'm surprised Auburn could produce someone as intelligent as Tim Cook.

Over the last 17 games between Arkansas and Auburn I do believe Auburn has exactly one more win then Arkansas.
The schools don't really have a rivalry I will grant you, passing ill will every now and then, but for the most part the other side is just another West team you have to get by. But I am not so sure I'd brag about the inherent superiority of Auburn in the series when, as I said, you've won one more game then Arkansas in the last 17 between the two schools.

Spring Meetings were two weeks ago. Your AD did not ask for a vote. I suggest you talk with him

Why do you do this to yourself?

No Auburn move.
However, I see 9 games 1st, & 16 team confs. with pods scheduling immediately behind it.

I have seen a few say this on the rant. But where is the rationale behind this comment or any facts. I have never seen the SEC say they won't split schools in same state. And when talking divisions, the "know" guys in the media never discuss it. It's always about DSOR & TSIO & IB versus no cross rivalries. UT/Vandy is not mentioned ever.

Do you think it will ever happen?
SEC won't realign until we take on two more schools and at that point we will see if Auburn will belong in the East. If, now that Stoops is gone, Oklahoma comes on board Auburn will certainly be moved to the East and then I think Alabama would be next on the list to move over if we take two from out west.

Auburn and Bama will be in the east when the Big 12 finally implodes and OU and OSU join the SEC...

Probably true but I don't like it.

Then we can argue over who gets LSU for permanent. Auburn, Alabama, or Florida

They are not "cutting it" and you still aren't winning your division, so you are asking for "better competition".....bwahaha.....you guys need to get out of the trailer park more.
