Not sure why you guys are so confident about the Iron Bowl this year...

I'm not sure since I had to leave right after it, but I think Auburn scored a td after the homecooking reversal of the fumble that Vandy rightfully stripped and recovered. Had it not been for that, could have been a different story.

Ball was coming out before he was down. Sorry, but thanks for playing.

if there was anyway the REC/SEC bham home office could have proved the ball was out they would have... Poor L6U DE's were held all night by that semi pro o-line

If they are as banged up as they were this past weekend it could be a long day for them. If Pettway is out it will take away a huge chunk of their offense

Any Auburn fan that tells you that they are confident about the Iron Bowl is simply spouting silly nonsense. Alabama is obviously a formidable opponent that will be favored to win every game they play from here until the playoffs. They have shown very few susceptibilities that can be easily exploited, and saying otherwise would be nothing more than vitriolic bravado spurred on by insecurity.

Concerning Auburn's struggles with Vanderbilt:

What we saw was a beat up Auburn team that found a way to win. We've seen good teams drop games to inferior opponents too many times this season, and I'm just glad Auburn found a way to overcome that. To me, that's indicative of a great team.

Will Auburn beat Alabama? The odds are definitely against us. Regardless, I'm proud of this team and am confident they will finish this season exceeding expectations with their heads held high. I really couldn't ask for more.

I'm very concerned about that. Also factor Kerryon not 100% and god forbid White isn't healthy. It could be a bloodbath.
I'm worried about UGA right now and nothing else.

Struggling! You don't know what struggling is. Take a look at my pick 'em record and you'll see struggling.

Furthermore, that strip of the ball from Pettway was called on the field a fumble, and there must be indisputable evidence to overturn the call on the field. If it takes that long to review it, then there obviously wasn't indisputable reason to overturn, other than homecooking.

scroll down for video evidence
