you're dumb the ball is coming out of his hand in that screenshot
it's hard to stop youtube at an exact moment but here the ball is well out of his hand and his body is in the air just now crossing the LOS

The rule is clear....the passer's ENTIRE body must be beyond the LOS before it's an illegal pass. The pass was legal.

Plus if ANY part of his body is on behind the line, it's a legal throw. This one wasn't even close.
