Alabama can claim what they damn well want. A true traditional power, with a rich history. Auburn running around trying to do that is just "look at me!, look at me!, look at me!" weak. Classic little brother syndrome.

yea,that is stupid. Not only was LSU 'consensus' NC, LSU also won the SEC. Auburn was on probation,tied a game, and did not win the SEC nor go to a bowl.
Rather hypocritical on their end to laugh (rightly so) at Alabama's 1941 "title" and try to claim a similar one.
