My Auburn grad buddy called me to catch up last night. We had a good conversation about family and future plans and stuff. Eventually the conversation turned to football, as it usually does - and he expressed to me his frustrations with the rotating door of defensive coordinators. He told me this trivia fact about the last time Auburn had a defensive coordinator that had been there for at least 4 years was 1995, and I didn't believe him at first. Sure enough, he was right. Crazy.
2015 Will Muschamp
2013-2014 Ellis Johnson
2012 Brian Van Gorder
2009-2011 Ted Roof
2008 Paul Rhodes
2006-2007 Will Muschamp
2005 David Gibbs
2002-2004 Gene Chizik
1999-2001 John Lovett
1996-1998 Bill Oliver
1986-1995 Wayne Hall
I hope you didn't hurt yourself gathering this info from my post on our board a week or so ago. We talked about it then so I guess that makes it German.

Earthshattering news. BTW, please stop with the relentless lurking of our board, you're getting your microdick pecker tracks all over the place.
I haven't touched your board since the day of the Iron Bowl. Don't flatter yourself you baby back bitch.
This is pretty telling though:

Jason, is that you?
If I had heard it a week ago, I'd have posted it a week ago. It wasn't brought to my attention until about 10PM last night, so I started the thread today.
Touchy bunch, you are.

Why would I start a thread almost a full week later if that was the case? Maybe my buddy reads your board. I suppose that's possible.
But I assure you, if I had seen that abortion of a DC list on your board on 12/12, I would have started a thread on the SECrant on 12/12.

Youngsters today will never know Auburn used to play grown man football.
Now they are more concerned with how many decoy punt returners to put in the backfield.

that abortion of a DC list
No matter how much you try to deny it, we all know you're full of shite. That being said, the above quote is not true. Has there been a lot of turnover? Yes, but to call Muschamp, Chizik, Rhodes, Van Gorder, Ellis abortions of DCs is stupid. They've proven to be good DCs.

That's what I meant. That's a who's who list of DC's, no doubt.

I'll probably make 4 or 5 more before the weekend is over. And like usual, it will be relevant information that makes the Auburn program look like a dumpster fire - and like usual, you people will deflect by way of "hurrrr durrrr another auburn thread by a bammer hurrrrrr"

This probably isn't that uncommon.

They are one of 4 in the SEC. The others are TAMU, Vandy, and Kentucky.

And what's the difference between Auburn and those programs?

That's a tough question. Auburn is slightly behind those programs academically. They also have an overall losing record and a losing streak to Vandy and Texas A&M. Other than that, I'm having trouble differentiating the football programs.

the dumbest argument that gets used to death here.
discussing teams from your division or anyone in the conference is not being "sessed".
this is the sec rant.

With all of those defensive coordinators we still have a winning record over bama during that span. Sorry for partying.
