This guy had to be out of his mind to come out like that from a third party non confrontational standpoint. It's stupid and one thing to shoot up in the air, but summary execution for nothing more than an argument with your friend is insane and absurdly wicked.

Satan's hands are all over this travesty.

Yet all we hear about is the bad cops. Change has to come from within the culture where there is a murder rate 8 times higher than other American groups.

The shooter from the first incident back in 2012 killed 3 people and wounded 3 others and the jury only recommended life in prison. The judge is scheduled to sentence him sometime next January
