A 5 point difference in points given up is a bit different than a 25 point difference in points scored.

One half of 11 is not 6 my friend.

It's not an argument I was stating that we have a good offense, that's a fact. Actual Pts per game , passing numbers and balance rushing all backed by stats. You just opened your dumb whore mouth and spewed ignorant shite like you always do.

Alright, and? The fact remains that Auburn gave up less points to Florida than LSU. It is a stupid argument to begin with. Auburn, in all reality, doesn't have a better defense than LSU. I'd also like to see how Moseley does before I label our offense shitty. When Trotter was in, you could tell he was struggling to complete a pass and all the defense had to do was stack the box. By no means do I think we win, but our D will keep it close on the road.

LSU will not run at will against AU... It'll be a closer game than most think...

That's not how LSU will beat you. LSU will beat you by taking advantage of your mistakes. Let's face it, you have no real QB threat. Trotter throws up balls for grabs a lot and LSU's secondary will take advantage of that. The LSU offense is powered by the defense giving them turnovers. They also have amazing special teams play.

They don't need to "run at will" if they consistently start on your side of the football field.

And...?

It's not like Moseley is going to come in and be the second coming of Cam Newton or anything.

AU has yet to fumble the ball this season... CM/KF will be forced to throw due to LSU stacking the line. BT will not see the field ...

Noone said he would, I was just pointing out your obvious error:

quote:

Trotter throws up balls for grabs

He does the above, but it won't matter when he's holding the signs on the sideline.

Been really impressed with how the run defense has come along.

Doesn't take much to impress you does it...

Okay...instead of Trotter throwing balls up for grabs it will be Frazier and Moseley.

We already know how good Frazier is at making decisions when throwing the football.

AU's Defensive improvment is similar, but not identical, to the UGA overall improvement. UGA looks better because they started playing bad teams. AU's Defense looks better - in part - because they started playing horrid offenses.

FAU had averaged less than 100 ypg on O until they played AU. So while that 307 looks good, it is also 3x that teams average.

USCe had only looked "good" on O against UGA, but I will definitely give AU credit for how they played Lattimore and for the gameplan going into that game.

Arky - stroked you for over 400.

Florida - horrible offense playing with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th string QB coming off of games against the #1 and #2 team in the country. That said, I'll still give AU credit for getting to the ball better and tackling better.

I think AU's D is getting better, but they still have a long way to go.

We have good STs as well. No one is saying we'll win... just it will be a closer game then expected. You'll see a Gus game plan with more screens, and Lutz to get the ball out of Moseley's hand faster. UT got over 100 yds rushing on LSU... I'd say our running game is a little better.

I'm sure LSU's defense has never seen screens before having played West Virginia and Oregon - and beating them quite handily I might add.

We've yet to see Moseley do this, and it is pure speculation on your part. Frazier will more than likely not even pass.

There is usually a reason why a third string quarterback is third string. As good of a coordinator Malzahn is, I highly doubt he kept him off the field this long out of spite.

And they didn't have Dyer/Omac. Again, LSU should win... but it'll be close for 3 qtrs. They'll pull away in the 4th due to bad QB play on our part. I think they'll win by 10, but who knows.
