What is this? Mid-season next year he quits?

This year is the half part. The way you worded it would be one and done.

I missed it, but it sounds like he's a monster. I can't wait to see our five star freshmen come in. It will be really fun when this series becomes more meaningful.

I will gladly take players that jump to the NBA after a year and a half. Give me ten of them.

I wish they'd do something similar to college baseball. Either go straight out of high school, or stay at least two years. But to get 1.5 is pretty cool. He's at least there for two post seasons. Possibly two tournaments if y'all go on a tear.

I agree with that. For every big scoring run there's a complete meltdown with this group.

I'm not sensitive, that was just low hanging fruit. Kinda like when an Ole Miss fan calls anther program cheaters. The only thing I was offended by, was that it wasn't a funny picture of Avery. You need to step up your game.

Have you watched Alabama basketball the last 7 years? We have all that, just minus the talent part.

If you think that's low hanging, you are in fact, sensitive. It was a picture from today. Furthermore, I say frequently about Pearl: "I love that goofy bastard". Big deal.

Nope, specifically meant to call him a Nancy.

Every analyst I've ever heard has said he'll be one and a half and done.

Well that's not one and done like you said, is it?

That's not a given anyway. Wiley still needs a lot of work before he's NBA ready. Given his family ties to AU and them not needing the money, I wouldn't be shocked to see him stick around an extra year for the experience and to try to make a run at something considering the talent and experience we'll have at that point.

Even if Wiley does leave after next year, meet his replacement EJ Montgomery
Montgomery is a legit one and done candidate. He's higher ranked than Wiley or Heron were. He's more athletic than Wiley at the same height and physically much closer to ready than Wiley was at the same point. Montgomery is a guy that probably could've skipped straight to the NBA under the old rules
