If it did happen the iron bowl would have to be moved to earlier in the season lest you end up with a scenario where Auburn and Alabama play back to back weeks

Auburn no longer will have to suffer through playing Western teams that we don't care about.

It will be good for both schools, and the conference.

The conference doesn't need you. UF doesn't need you. They have enough rivals (FSU, Georgia, Vols and Miami should be more important to them than AU.)

Also you, and the rest of the hicks from Auburn, are a whiney bunch of goat frickers.

Auburn has a long history of wanting out of the Iron Bowl when they start losing it almost every year. They were the driving force behind cancelling it in 1908. They'd lost 3 out of 4 and their coach started bitching that Bama was using offensive shifts. Then both teams agreed to resume the series in a neutral site format in 1948. This went along without a hitch until the Bryant era, when Auburn lost 19 out of 25. Then it started to be unfair to play in a neutral site. Now during the Saban era, this heretofore unmentioned urge to go to the East turns up.

I would love to play Auburn again. Drop LSU after they come to Swamp two years in a row.

LSU has a winning record in the swamp since 2002.

We have said we want to keep the Iron Bowl. How is that hard for some of you to understand?

But the ball would totally be in Bama's court if we move.

IB most important? Keep IB
TSIO most important? Keep TSIO

Auburn wouldn't be making the choice genius.

Doesn't mean you still aren't trying to run from competition. In any given year, the competition in the West is substantially higher than the East. No matter how you slice it, unless you're an Auburn fan, everyone sees it as trying to take the easy way out.

Auburn would be the CAUSE of making the choice, "genius".

Except we have more than held our own in the West.

I forget some of you are kids. You know the East was the hardest division for years right?
