But as far as the team goes, I'll be interested to see what short term fixes Pearl goes for to stay competitive this season. I'm not entirely convinced altitude was a big of a factor. Shooting was way off since early in the 2nd and no inside presence was ever established. Probably a lot of that had to do with Colorado's center Scott.

Everyone knew this season would be rough. I am enjoying how much better we look in effort. The last 10 years have been rough to watch for the most part. I can stomach games like this when I know Pearl will have us where we need to be. You have to set the foundation before you can be good.

I won't get down. The team should be better once Reed gets on campus. I expect a couple of upsets and an NIT bid sprinkled with a few blowouts with AU on the losing end. I'm excited about the future and enjoying bball again.
