Sometimes if you improve at other positions, an average QB won't hold you back.

I think 2013 is going to be the better year, but we will be significantly improved and have a much easier schedule next year. Guessing right now we will be a 9-11 win team next year.

Moseley will still be well....Moseley
He hasn't looked bad when the o-line has given him a chance. He did get rattled pretty quick though when he started getting consistent pressure.

It appears according to unashamed Aubie homer Phillip Marshall that AU will be replacing an OC also.

Got a link? Not calling you a liar, just don't see it on al.com.

That being said, we all knew he'd eventually get a HC job...too good not to. Hopefully Chizik knocks this next hire out of the park.

easier schedule isn't a sure thing. Until the scheduling gets figured out with aTm and Mizzou, nothing is set in stone.

There is a possibility that the cross divisional games will get switched up so don't go counting those chickens yet.

My Aubbie friends are quiet.. Kinda feel sorry for em.. even tho they kicked arse last yr.. but that seems like yrs ago..

Seems early in the season some Aub fans were saying they would be in NC contention in 12'..

Paramore said the team quit Sat against the dawgs..

The best part about our 2012 season is that it means that 2011 was over.

A poster on the AU site I frequent, in the aftermath of this past Saturday's debacle, said "Gosh, could it be that maybe last year was a fluke?"

In all honesty, I think we will be fortunate to be 7-5 again, regardless of which coaches leave and which remain. We have serious talent deficiencies along the OL and in the entire defense - and at this point I'm not confident in our current staff's ability to "coach 'em up".

Meh. I think you're talking out of frustration from Saturday. I'm going to hold off judgement on this staff till after next year. Chizik still has my vote of confidence for the time being...just hope he makes the right moves this offseason. It's gonna be the turning point of his Auburn career.

He played against LSU and made no impact. He did not have much in the way of any support or blocking either, FWIW.

Ted Roof is not going anywhere.

Roof is Chiziks Dave Radar. Mark my words - Roof will be back next year. Yes - I will bet on it.

I am not sure I agree. I think Roof and Gus will be gone next year

It will be a trying year again but better than this year

A team can make drastic improvements from one year to the next. 2003-2004 AU comes to mind as a team with basically the same group of talented players that just needed a year of playing together before they won big.

Not just another year. They needed a competent offensive coordinator, which they got in Al Borges. If we had kept the Nallsminger Offense, that extra year wouldn't haven mattered a lick.

Not sure why everyone is freaking out. We are still top 5 of SEC. We are better than MSU and USC. That being said - when we lose we get killed. That is a sign of a young team. They can't handle adversity on the Line and the DB coverage has been bad all year. We can't pass block either. We match up better with teams that can't pass. You going down Bama!

It will be a shite show if there are no changes IMO. We are fricking soft. All of our toughness left when Rocker went to the Titans.
